Really loved this place! The food is not your usual fare and thats whats great about it. Everything was delicious, but I will say just a tiny bit over sauced. The brussel sprouts are great and eat like burnt ends (but again just a tad over sauced). The Prosciutto Truffle pizza was delicious but honestly didn't need the balsamic glaze, or maybe just less of it. Croquettes were good. Service was REALLY GOOD! We will definitely be back.

Extreme heat warnings so no one outside and the curb appeal makes it seem closed. We are so glad we opened the door to this cute elegant restaurant. Decor is pleasant and plenty of space to dine, don’t feel like you’re sitting/eating with another group. The food was amazing!!! I had shrimp/clams linguine and my wife had the chicken sandwich. Both meals were cooked to perfection and had an awesome taste. The decor and food give it a 5 BUT our server, Cal, was AWESOME to make Cardinal a 5+ star restaurant. He was attentive, answered questions, and very professional in placing our silverware and plates. I wish I lived near this restaurant because it would be a go to dinner out place.

What a gem in Atlantic City, well worth the walk or uber. I'd eat dinner here everyday of my trip if they were open on Monday & Tuesday. So impressed with the service and super creative culmination of every offering. The corn appetizer and brussle sprouts are the best I every had. With everything made from scratch it almost seems as if miner modifications are welcomed by the overly accommodating staff. Gnocchi, delicious with crab. Scallops, incredible. Pizza with a beautifully charred crust, amazing. Can't wait to try their breakfast next time we are in town.

We had a fantastic experience at Cardinal Restaurant last night. From start to finish, everything was spot on. The service was excellent—our waiter was attentive, friendly, and really added to the overall experience. We started with the duck wings and Brussels sprouts, which were both absolutely delicious. We opted for the $45 prix fixe menu, and it was a great choice—you really can’t go wrong with it. It’s a full experience from beginning to end and well worth it. For dinner, I had the salmon over a butternut squash purée, which was outstanding. Others at the table had the Wagyu burger topped with burrata cheese, onions, and truffle fries—completely out of this world. The drinks were great, the food was consistently excellent, and the atmosphere was relaxed, casual, and very inviting. Overall, this is an all-around great spot for dinner, and we would highly recommend it. Look forward to returning...

My wife & I attended an restaurant industry wine tasting here. It was a wonderful experience. I briefly spoke w chef/owner Michael Brennan. This was the most comfortable & perfect place for the tasting with well over 30 wineries/presenters. Chef Michael's food was far beyond the typical meat & cheese offerings. It was an upscale & delicious accompaniment to some fabulous wines. WELL DONE, Michael! We are excited about coming in for dinner.
